“…Of course, no one likes trials. Even though trials occupy a large part of our lives, we would prefer not to even discuss the topic. Many of us slip into denial, hoping that if we don’t talk about trials, they will somehow pass us by. Yet, trials never go away because no one is immune…In James 1:1-12, we will learn how to suffer successfully. This passage is applicable to every one of us. I say that because there are only three types of people in this world: (1) those who are in a trial, (2) those who are exiting a trial, and (3) those who are entering a trial but just don’t know it yet…”
